Our basic level is designed to lay the foundation for the higher levels of yoga practices, it also helps to build a daily routine for healthy life.basic asanas also build strength, increase flexibility and your focus.

This includes sukshma vyayam ,energisation techniques ,basic asanas ,breathing techniques,meditation techniques, and surya namaskar. An inter active session where the yoga instructor will explain benefit of each and every asanas as well as give personalized attention to your practice.
